1. About Us

2. Age Restriction

This website contains adult artistic content intended for persons aged 18 and over. By accessing any paid content on this site you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. Age is verified through the PayPal payment process. Persons under 18 are not permitted to purchase or access subscriber content.

3. Digital Products & Access

All magazine subscriptions sold on dirtyart.art are digital products granting 12-month online access to the specified issue(s) via our secure online reader. No physical product is delivered. No downloadable files are provided.

4. Pricing

Individual magazine access is priced at €5 per issue per year. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Dirty Art does not store payment card details.

6. No Withdrawal Right — Digital Content

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you acknowledge that by completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and thereby waive your right of withdrawal. Digital magazine subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm: "I understand this is a digital product with immediate access and I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal."

7. Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You will receive reminder emails before your access expires. You may choose to renew or allow your access to lapse. No charges are made without your explicit action.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All photography, design, and editorial content on dirtyart.art is the exclusive intellectual property of Dirty Art / Cinaed Dane. Reproduction, distribution, downloading, sharing, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Responsibility

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing account access is prohibited.

10. Availability

We aim to maintain continuous access to purchased content throughout your subscription period. In the event of planned or unplanned downtime, we will communicate via the website or email. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
